Performance Coaching

Train with purpose, inside our private Cru Collective garage gym.

This is a high-touch, 1:1 coaching experience designed for athletes and individuals who want structured, intentional training and real accountability.

Whether you're preparing for competition or training for your sport, everything is built around you.

  • 1:1 in-person coaching sessions

  • Fully personalized programming

  • Ongoing feedback, adjustments, and progression

In-person coaching takes place in our private garage gym and is scheduled individually.

Meet Your Coaches

We’re Casey and Brandon — coaches, parents, and athletes.

Fitness and sports have been part of our lives from the start. Casey was a Division 1 field hockey athlete and has been in the nutrition space since 2017. Brandon is a firefighter outside of DC, where strength, resilience, and showing up daily aren’t optional, they’re required.

We’ve been in the CrossFit space since 2012 and still love pushing ourselves, lately even stepping into new challenges like HYROX. We’ve always believed in trying things, staying curious, and using fitness in ways that actually translate to real life.

We don’t just coach this, we live it.

We’re raising our kids in it, teaching them what it means to move, fuel, and take care of themselves, and honestly, sometimes they remind us what really matters when you see it through their eyes.
